First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peloton Interactive.
Sales Specialist
I got contacted about a week after I applied. We did a 30-45 minute phone call where we talked through my resume. A few days later, I went into the store for another 45 minute interview where we talked more about how my experience would fit the role. They also showed me around and explained the job more. Lastly, I had a quick phone chat with the regional manager.
- What makes you want to join Peloton?
- How did you find out about this opportunity?
- In what ways can your previous experiences contribute to success in this role?
Sales Specialist
It was a pretty laid-back two-stage interview process conducted entirely over Zoom. First, I spoke with the store manager, then with the regional manager. The vibe was super conversational, really just checking out how well I interact with people, which seems to be the main thing they're after for this role.
- Can you tell me about your experience in hospitality and how it applies to sales?
Sales Specialist
I applied online and they reached out via email to set up an in person interview. I spoke with the manager who asked about my resume and told me more about the job and what they expect. They said I'd hear back in a day or two for another interview with the regional sales manager. That one was about thirty minutes and we talked about the company and what I could bring. I got an offer less than 24 hours after the second interview and took it.
- What's your sales approach?
