Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peloton Interactive.
Analyst
The whole thing took about 3 weeks from the initial recruiter chat to the final rejection. I had one interview where the person seemed pretty checked out, but the recruiter and the rest of the team were cool.
- Can you share an instance where you had to convince someone at work, and describe the result?
Technical Analyst
This interview had more star related questions. They were behavioral questions which were pretty easy. Also, there was only one round which is good. They will ask you questions to understand your thought process as well.
- If you were a color, what would you be and why?
Analyst
Started with an initial phone screen with HR, then a second round call with the hiring manager. After weeks, I received a one-liner rejection without any feedback, which was a change from moving forward to being out of consideration. It was frustrating not to get any info, but maybe it's for the best as I had concerns about only interviewing with men and the potentially 'bro-y' culture. Also, honestly, needing to hire for inventory planning at this stage sounds like a huge oversight and connects with online anecdotes about long waits for bikes given the high price point!
- How would you plan for inventory needs to meet customer demand?
