I talked to my hiring manager, someone from HR, and a director from a different department. It started with me giving a quick introduction, and then they asked me some follow-up questions. Honestly, it felt like they were more focused on how long I planned to stay at the institution rather than my actual skills, probably to ensure less "turbulence" within the school.
