Account Manager
The process is well conducted. First is a psychological exam, then an interview with the hiring managers. Jsjsjensowndjsjsbdisnnsidjdjdhdkdjdnjxsnnsjsnsjsbshshsbsn

Key Account Manager
I had a phone call with HR on Monday afternoon who saw my resume and asked if I was interested in an interview on Thursday morning. I said I might be able to make it but wanted more info about the job. By 7pm, HR emailed an invitation with the date, time, map, and a profile to fill out. I asked about candidate grouping, specifically if there were senior roles as I'm not looking for entry-level, and HR confirmed they have many senior positions open. On Wednesday at 4pm, they finally sent the confirmed interview schedule, but by 8pm they called to change the meeting time to an hour earlier and also changed the location. On Thursday morning, 8 candidates waited in the lobby, but only 3 arrived on time, likely due to the last-minute schedule changes. We waited in a small room, reviewing resumes, filling out questionnaires, and watching company videos about management, culture, and values. Once 7 candidates arrived, we took an exam with 4 questions related to daily factory operations, giving us 30 minutes to answer. The HR director then presented the company and job position using slides, trying to sell the job. Afterward, we went upstairs to a meeting room with a large screen for a video conference interview. The HR, group BP, and BG GM were in the room, while 3 senior managers appeared on screen. We introduced ourselves, and I noticed 4 were fresh graduates and 4 had 3-5 years of experience, all grouped for the panel interview. The senior managers repeated exam questions, asking for volunteers to answer and probing with 'why' or setting up scenarios. The fresh graduates' answers differed from the more experienced candidates, leading to interesting discussions. The VP encouraged extreme hard work, citing Tim Cook and Terry Gou, emphasizing starting from basics and fighting hard for success, otherwise, it's just regular pay until retirement. They offered transportation reimbursement and lunch boxes. The interview lasted from 9 am to almost 1 pm.
- As a senior manager, what actions would you take if an employee expressed a desire to resign?
- What is your approach when another department requests to transfer one of your team members?
- How would you handle a situation where you are aware of potential risks associated with a reported quality issue?
Account Manager
The interview process included an English ability test (similar to TOEIC), a logistic ability test, a review of your previous work/career experience and records, an introduction to the job description and its connection to your background, and some free questions. The second round involved a market status presentation to the BU Head and two supervisors, followed by a salary discussion.
- Have you worked with teams in other departments before?
