A recruiter called me. Then, I had a phone interview to check my skills and knowledge. After that, I traveled to the Pegasystems office in MA for an interview day. This day involved several interviews with different people and a technical presentation. The whole thing felt unorganized. They didn't tell me to prepare a presentation, but other candidates were told a week before and had slides ready. I never heard back from Pegasystems after my interview. They did cover my travel and expenses, but it was really unprofessional not to tell me the results.

- Many questions are in reference books and have little to do with implementation level knowledge and the ability to implement technical solutions.
- I don't think it really matters if a person has database return codes memorized.
