I went through a few rounds of interviews. First, there were two phone interviews, one with a peer and another with the hiring manager. Then, I had an in-person meeting with a local Account Executive. After that, I was invited to the East Coast for final interviews that lasted about 5 hours. The last part of that session included a 1-hour presentation and demo. I didn't get the job, and I think it was because of the presentation part, which seems to be the most important. I thought I did well overall, but the presentation really hurt my chances. The whole process was draining with the travel, prep, and some technical issues during the demo. Also, I got the impression that the company might not be a good cultural fit for me. My advice is to really focus on the presentation, making sure your message about business value is clear and concise. When you demo the product, connect it to the business case, not the other way around. Be confident and assertive during the presentation; there's no room for apologies. If the presentation doesn't go well, it doesn't matter how experienced you are. Ultimately, it's all about how you present yourself, even as a solutions consultant. Good luck!

It was a 4-round interview process. First, there was an online test that lasted an hour and covered analytical and Java-related questions, including multi-threading, exceptions, and OOP concepts. Then, a face-to-face technical interview focused on detailed OOP and basic Java concepts, lasting about 2 hours. This was followed by a combined technical and managerial round with a manager, and then a round with a director where they discussed you and Pega. Finally, an HR round was just for salary discussions.

The interview process involved 3 rounds: two technical rounds and one round that was a mix of technical and managerial. My interview day was a full-day event covering all these rounds. The panel was quick to make decisions, and HR typically responded within one to two days. The entire hiring process usually concludes within one to two weeks.
