Operations
The interview process was longer than I expected. First, you have a round with your potential boss. If that goes well, you then meet with executive leadership. If you move past that, you'll meet with training and HR. The last step is what they call the "Cultural Interview," where you get to chat with people who might be your coworkers or team members.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What prompted your departure from your previous role?
- What personal aspirations do you have?
Recruiter
Got contacted by an agency and had a brief phone screen, then scheduled for an interview. The interviewer was over 45 minutes late because of a prior candidate, which shortened our meeting and didn't give me much insight. About two weeks later, I received a last-minute request for a second interview with the HR manager, which was nice, and I also met with one of the managers. Even though I realized it wasn't a good fit during the interview, the company seems really committed to its employees and community. I never heard back either way, and I didn't follow up.
- It was more conversational
Process Improvement
There were multiple rounds for this interview. First, an HR round happened where I was asked regular HR questions. Then, there was a technical round where I was given some cases and asked how I would solve them. It was a good learning experience during the interview.
- Behavioral interview questions were asked.
- Case-based questions were presented, and I was asked to explain my approach to solving them.
Account Manager
I had a 3-step interview process. First, I spoke with my direct supervisor. Then, I met with the managing director. Finally, a random employee interviewed me to make sure I'd fit in with the team and company culture.
- What relevant experience do you have from your past roles?
