So I spoke with the director of engineering and the design team lead. They spent most of the time explaining about the company, what PEG is about, and just generally the company culture. They didn't ask many questions, and the ones they did ask were pretty much just about stuff on my resume.

I interviewed with the company's president, who was really nice and asked a lot of questions, which made it easy. Then I met with the team manager. They don't have an HR department, so it's pretty straightforward. They seem to hire anyone willing to accept a low salary, even people straight out of high school could do the job.

The interview was mostly behavioral questions where I had to talk about my resume experience. There were also standard questions you can find online. It was a good experience. First, there was a phone screen with an HR manager, then a 1-on-1 with the lead engineer who asked about my resume, skills, and behavioral questions.
