Program Manager
The interview process was lengthy but ultimately rewarding. It began with a call from HR, followed by a video interview with the hiring manager which went very well. However, the hiring process experienced a delay due to funding for the position. Throughout this period, the team was supportive and kept me informed. Approximately six weeks after my interview with the hiring manager, a second interview was scheduled. I received an offer a few days later.
- Are you someone who would say no?
FSO
I got a call from the VP of HR about my resume and we talked about the company and what they needed for a new contract. After about 30 minutes, he asked me to meet some people the next week. The following week, I met with 3 people I'd be working with. We talked informally about my skills and experience. Then they showed me around and introduced me to more people. Later that day, the phone rang again to schedule an interview with two VPs. This meeting was more talk about my experience and what I can do, more detailed but still pretty relaxed. After that, I was asked to come back to meet with another group of people. This meeting was more like a normal interview with set questions. The interviewers were team members who gave their opinions about me. They asked the usual questions like: what's your strongest point? What's your weakest point? Tell me about a time you were stressed and how you dealt with it. This meeting lasted about 30 minutes, and then I left. I didn't end up taking the job because the new contract wasn't awarded.
- Can you tell me about your strengths?
- What do you consider your greatest weakness?
- Describe a time you experienced a stressful situation and explain how you handled it.
Accounting Associate
Started with a zoom call, then moved to an in-office meeting. I met with three people in person and one more on zoom because they were remote. The hiring manager asked typical interview questions, and the other interviews were peer-to-peer.
- What value do you offer to this company?
Engineering
The interview process is pretty standard, but you should always be ready to answer questions about your skills and abilities. The interviewers aren't intimidating, but you should always be confident in how you answer the questions.
- Tell me about your future plans.
