First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pediatric Associates (FL).
Medical Receptionist
The interviewer was very nice and respectful. He shook my hand and looked me in the eye the whole time. He asked me good questions and told me about the job. He then let me ask him questions about the job and he answered them well. It all went pretty smoothly.
- How would you handle a busy front desk with many calls and patients waiting?
Medical Assistant
The interview process was pretty straightforward, though the emails got a bit messy and unorganized. Overall it was very streamlined. I kept getting notifications to re-do parts of my forms when they had already been completed, and the ADP platform definitely needs improvements.
- They inquired about my availability.
Medical Assistant
The interview process was pretty average, nothing too challenging. First, I chatted with the recruiter. They wanted to know about my background and experience. They also gave me the lowdown on the company's policies and what a typical day on the job would be like. After that, the recruiter forwarded my resume to the office manager. The office manager also quizzed me on my experience and asked some standard interview questions, like about my strengths and weaknesses.
- Could you tell me about your previous work history?
- What do you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses?
Human Resources Business Partner
I had a recruiter call, then spoke with the hiring manager, and then met with the HR team. The team meeting was odd, some people weren't on camera, and then I just got ghosted with no rejection email or followup. I thought that was super unprofessional since I had to rearrange my schedule for their meeting times which weren't flexible at all. Like, at least send a reject email after I accommodated them. Honestly, I wouldn't want to work there.
- Were there any questions about the HR department?
