Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PediaStaff.
Speech Pathologist
Pediastaff is great!! They gave excellent upfront info and helped me prepare from the first contact to scheduling the interview. I didn't take the job but I'd like to work with them again. The facility mentioned they like Pediastaff more than other companies because they're always happy with the candidates.
- How would you advocate for a child if your recommendation faced pushback?
Occupational Therapist
I start with a chat with the recruiter, and then they connect me with a client. This lets me check out a potential employer to see if it feels like a good fit.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
School Social Worker
The interview process was very quick and straightforward. The person interviewing me was pleasant and offered assistance, though their sincerity felt a bit questionable. I'm not sure if they paid close attention to everything I said, but despite that, I felt good about the interview overall.
- What prompted your decision to pursue school social work?
Occupational Therapist
The recruiter was great in setting up interviews with clinics and schools. It was kind of a weird process though, because once you got matched with an employer, they handled all the follow-ups for offers and details about hiring.
- What kind of job are you hoping for?
