Technical Coding Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involves three main parts after you submit your application. First, there's a test on reading comprehension and how well you understand systems, including using a legend and key. Then, a typing test through a call simulation and data entry, which also includes behavioral questions. If you pass this initial stage, you'll get an email for the Hogan assessment, which is a series of behavioral questions. If you do well on that, a face-to-face interview will be scheduled. This final interview includes five questions that you need to answer using the STAR method.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Suppose you are leading a team and a new system implementation is falling behind, threatening a three-week delay past the deadline. What actions would you take?
  • If you were a customer service rep and a customer needed an undeliverable package immediately, what would you do to solve their problem? Please provide a step-by-step solution.
  • Describe a scenario where you were leading a team and a new system implementation was delayed, putting the project three weeks past its due date. What would be your response?
