Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Pebl.
Human Resources Specialist
The overall process was very good, it's a long process compared to the average (2-3 months) however both the Talent Acquisition team in the US and the interviewers from the Regional team were very professional and made for a very pleasant candidate experience. Velocity Global takes its time to evaluate candidates carefully and pays close attention to all details of non-verbal expression and presence.
- What are all the legal benefits in Mexico?
- And how would you explain (they tell you which one) in English since communication is mainly in English with the Client Experience team?
HR Specialist
I was contacted on LinkedIn and had a good screening interview. They said I would hear back about a second interview. After a couple of weeks of no contact, I followed up and was told they would get back to me. Unfortunately, they never did until I received a rejection email.
- Can you tell me about your experience in previous roles?
Human Resources Specialist
The interview process with recruiting was in English, lasting about 15 minutes. It was pleasant. The second interview with the hiring manager and a team member was in Spanish, with questions asked in English, and at times it felt like taking a university exam.
- Regarding recruiting questions, can you tell me why you are interested in this role?
- How would you describe yourself?
- What is your greatest accomplishment?
