The interview process involved four rounds: a screening call, a technical interview, a manager interview, and an HOD interview followed by an HR interview that included a general IQ test. The technical round focused on Java coding, SQL, and an IQ test. The manager interview could be technical or non-technical, and in my case, it was non-technical but focused on how we'd apply approaches to solve problems, with questions drawn from real-world scenarios.

The interview process took 2 weeks and had 5 rounds. It wasn't too difficult for me, especially since I only had internship experience at the time. I had two technical interviews. The first one focused on Performance Testing, Test Design Techniques, Test case attributes, Severity and Priority, and QA theories like Regression and Sanity. They also gave me a scenario and asked me to draw a flowchart, and inquired about my internship. In the second technical interview, they asked about my final year project and some other technical stuff. After those, I had interviews with the manager, HR, and HOD. I felt confident throughout the interviews.

  • What is Performance Testing, and why do we need to do it for an application?
