For my recruitment, there were three stages: first, a Phone Call with a Talent Acquisition Officer to confirm my interest and get to know me. Second, an Online Interview with the Department Manager & Recruitment Manager, which was position-specific and explored what I can offer more deeply. Finally, there was a Job Offer Discussion.

I applied on the Pearson website and heard back about 6 weeks later. I had an initial phone interview with HR that lasted about 30 minutes. It was an easygoing conversation where they asked about my future goals and behavioral questions. Then, I was scheduled for a second interview with the head of the department I would be working with. This interview was a week later and lasted an hour. It went extremely well, and it seemed like the main point was to see if I could hold my own in a conversation. About two weeks after that, I got the job offer from HR and accepted.

So first, I had this IQ test that lasted for an hour and it was of average difficulty. After that, there was a panel interview where I met with a project manager and the tech lead. The tech lead asked me some technical questions because the role was development-related. Then, I had another interview with HR and a senior manager from the company.
