The hiring process was fast and straightforward. I applied and received a call within two weeks, which led to an interview and eventually a job offer. I was told that once the company heard back from the program about the start date, they would contact me. However, three weeks passed without any updates, so I reached out to the person who hired me, who advised me to contact HR. I emailed HR three times but received no response. Later, the company sent an email stating that they were still waiting to hear from the client and would contact us once a start date was confirmed. Two weeks after that, they followed up, explaining that it was taking longer than expected and asked if we wanted to be removed from the program or wait for another potential opportunity. Due to the uncertainty and lack of communication, I chosed to withdraw.

The interview process was great. The hiring manager was really helpful and got back to me quickly with answers to all my questions. I could tell she was friendly and positive, and I'm excited about the possibility of joining the team.

It was a standard interview. They started with common interview questions like 'tell me about yourself,' 'A time you had to improvise,' and 'One thing about yourself that you would improve.' Then, they asked me to do a 10-minute training session on a topic of my choice.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was really unorganized. I had a bunch of phone calls and Zoom meetings. It felt like nobody was talking to each other because I kept having to repeat myself. They asked if I was interested in other jobs just to say I wasn't a good fit for them. For one Zoom meeting, only one of the three people scheduled showed up. In the end, one of the directors who missed the meeting contacted me saying she was still interested and that I was shortlisted for future roles, so I should watch out for a call or email. I still haven't heard back. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't end up working there because the interview process itself showed me a lot about how they operate.
