We had a couple of interview rounds. The CEO was great, but that's pretty much it. Everyone else was nice, but it's really tough to move between departments or get promoted. The company also doesn't offer pay that's competitive with other companies.

It was a very accurate, interesting, and respectful selection process. Great and empathetic treatment of candidates. It was a two-stage, intense process, covering personal and private life, aspirations, and dreams. Desire for growth within the company and a job and salary plan.

A friend of a family member told me about this job. I applied online on the company website for part-time or full-time. HR called me a few days later and we set up an interview for the next week. When I got there, HR showed me to a room and I had to do some math and English questions. After that, the head of HR interviewed me. She then made me an offer for part-time, and I got promoted to full-time later. I started training a week or two after that for two weeks.

The interview process included a phone screen, a discussion about the company roadmap and fit, and an evaluation of interpersonal skills with some really nice people. I really liked their culture. It's a growing institution, but not so big that you get bogged down in bureaucracy. It seems like a great place to learn cross-functional skills.
