I applied online and got a call for an in-person interview. It was scheduled right when the office opened, so I had to wait around. When I got inside, I was greeted after standing there for a bit behind some staff. The person interviewing me was dressed way too casually, which was a bummer because it seemed like they didn't care much about the job or the office. The interview felt really scripted, like they were just reading from notes. Once I heard more about the role, I wasn't interested anymore. The whole first impression wasn't great.

I found the role on LinkedIn, applied, and got a phone call soon after. Then they set up a Skype interview. The following week, I had another phone interview. They gave me a personality test, which was surprisingly accurate. The next week, they flew me to Atlanta for interviews with at least five people. It was a bit much because everyone asked the same things and it seemed like nobody was talking to each other, which made it hard to know if a decision could actually be made by the people I was talking to.

The internal recruiter at Peak, who is overloaded, handled the hiring process. Initially, I had a screening call with her to confirm my resume details, as I was applying for a role similar to my previous one. After this, I was informed that the position had been changed to a lower-level role with a trial period, and they requested another phone interview because they weren't ready for in-person interviews at that time. I declined this offer as I felt my time was being wasted.

I did a group interview where we had to do marketing techniques and finish with a sales pitch of a random item. After that, they told us if we got selected. If chosen, I went in for some final questions and to give my work schedule. Then I had to do a drug test, which took about a week and a half to process.
