Applied online, then got an email with a series of tests. Some were easy, some harder. The math test was basic but timed. Then there was a pattern recognition test where you had to figure out the next figure in a sequence. After that, I was called in for interviews. First, one guy asked some easy questions about finances and did a quick timed mental math test (it was tough). Then, more senior guys asked regular interview questions.

Technical Other

I did an online assessment that lasted 40 minutes. I looked for some info to prepare and saw it was probability dense. The questions weren't really about the probability questions you'd expect, more like ACT Probability questions, which are not too hard but definitely review the steps for different probability questions because there's a time crunch. There was also some visual reasoning, which was a bit hard to follow.

Technical Behavioral

Applied through both the campus portal and the company's website. After a few days, I completed an online reasoning test. The interview process started two weeks after that, involving two different interviewers. The interview began immediately with math and probability questions, and concluded with more behavioral questions, particularly from the second interviewer.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Can you share an instance where a decision you made turned out to be a poor one?
  • Describe a situation where you were part of a team and needed to convince others about your viewpoint.
  • How would you approach a math problem?
