Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a behavioral interview where I was asked about current financial news and my motivations for seeking this internship. Following that, a technical interview focused on probability concepts. The final stage was a Super Day at the office, which involved meeting and speaking with traders.

Technical Behavioral

The entire interview process took about a month. I got connected with PEAK6 through RippleMatch and first had to take an IQ/probability test. About three weeks after finishing the assessment, the recruiter reached out to set up an interview. The interviewers were really nice. They had me do one behavioral interview and one technical interview, so definitely brush up on mental math. I heard back about my results a week after the interview.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

I had to take an online test first, then a skype interview. It was split into two parts: a 30-minute behavioral interview followed by a technical interview. The first interview was with a trader who really drilled me on my resume, soft skills, and experience. The second interview involved brainteasers, mental math, and a few probability questions. It wasn't super tough, but I definitely could have prepared better for the behavioral part.
