The technical rounds included questions on probability, brainteasers, and estimations. These were easier than at other trading firms. There were also several behavioral interviews, and fitting in with the company seemed really important.

It began with a quantitative assessment, then progressed to six behavioral interviews. While it wasn't overly challenging, it did consume a fair bit of time. It's a good idea to brush up on your mental math and puzzle-solving skills, and be ready to talk about why you're genuinely interested in the position.

The interview process involved an online assessment, followed by a brief technical interview that included mental math questions. Then, I had to shadow a trader on Zoom. The final rounds were with more senior traders and HR, and they asked mostly behavioral questions, with some technical ones mixed in. The whole thing moved pretty quickly; the superday itself was about 3-4 hours.

The interview started with a 90-minute online assessment (OA). The questions on the OA were comparable to medium or hard difficulty on LeetCode. One of the questions involved a tricky variation of the plane arrival and departure problem. I managed to solve it, but I ran out of time to tackle the second question. The OA indicated that many candidates finish within the time limit, but I found it quite challenging.
