The interview process is pretty straight forward: resume review, phone screen, and then a panel interview. For leadership roles, there's also a meet and greet. This whole thing usually takes a few weeks because there are multiple levels of review and approvals.

First, there was a phone screen with HR, and then I had a panel interview with the IT team. When I arrived for the interview, I already felt like I wouldn't get the job. One person just stared at me the whole time without speaking or getting up. They didn't shake my hand but kept their distance, which I guess is fine due to COVID. Their questions were repetitive and didn't seem like they wanted to get to know me. It was hard to stay focused because I saw one panel member whispering to another and showing them something on paper discreetly. When I noticed, they gave me a look like I was caught. One person's personal phone rang during the interview. They didn't seem to take it seriously at all. I even made the effort to come in despite the bad weather. They all seemed burned out and brought that energy, not even trying to hide it. I definitely won't apply for another job with this team. It was honestly the worst interview I've had since I was a teenager.

It started with a phone call. Standard questions were asked. There was some discussion about all the negative employee reviews on Glassdoor and other online platforms, and the need for change management. The recruiter said she'd get back to me by Friday regarding a potential second round of interviews. I haven't heard back from the recruiter since, and Friday has long passed. She seemed overworked and a bit disengaged during her questions.

It was a panel interview, with a bunch of people from HR and recruiting. They were all super nice and professional. The whole thing was about 2 hours long. It was a really good experience, and I got the feeling right away (which was right) that I was talking to some really smart people.
