It started with an intro call, then a take-home assessment, followed by a technical interview where we discussed the assessment, some data science eval metrics, and a case study where I had to explain my thinking and approach.

Behavioral Presentation

My interview process for Peak was in two parts. It kicked off with a one-on-one chat with the Marketing Manager. She was really nice and welcoming, but she also asked some sharp questions about my background, my future plans, and what I wanted to achieve in a marketing career. After that went well, I was invited back for a second round. This time, I met with the Marketing Manager, the Head of Sales, and the UK MD – I only found out the MD would be there when we were walking to the room! Luckily, it was still a good interview, and I made sure to give straightforward and truthful answers to everyone. I was lucky enough to get the job and ended up working in the UK Marketing Team at Peak for over 2.5 great years.

Behavioral Technical

I got a phone call to come in for an in-person interview. When I got there early, they told me HR was on a call and I had to wait. Later, a lady came out, introduced herself, and asked me about my daily skills in servicing equipment, the tools I use, and my first-visit repair rate. The face-to-face interview was pretty brief but nice.
