First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peak Resources.
Registered Nurse
The interview process was quite brief. The managers aimed to make me feel comfortable throughout. Appearing presentable and coming prepared seems to be the key to getting hired. It was an easy process and I was given a tour. The facility was notably clean, and the manager interacted pleasantly with the residents. Receiving their contact information was a positive touch.
- Do you possess leadership skills?
Registered Nurse
I just walked in and filled out an application. They called me to set up the interview. I met with one Nurse manager. They let me know I got the job and when training starts.
- What is your experience and what skills do you have?
Licensed Practical Nurse
The interview was serious and involved real-life scenarios and questions. I had to answer math problems and watch videos about different types of medicine and viruses. I also spoke with some upper management and got a tour of the facility.
- What would you do if a nurse was caught stealing narcotics?
