The recruiter from Utah was nice and communicated well but the apartment staff was not good at communication. The job that I was interviewing for had already been filled and I have never gotten an email saying so. Also emphasized that the apartment staff wanted someone with a lot of experience which was not stated in the posting.

The interview process was really organized and they worked with my schedule. I had a short meeting with the controller and assistant controller. They were both very down to earth and made me feel welcome right away. My recruiter was amazing, communicated well, and went out of her way to help me get the offer I wanted. I ended up taking another offer because it was closer to home, but I was sad to leave Peak Living. It seems like a great company with high-caliber professionals.

I had an initial screening interview, then an in-person interview, and then a reference check. After that, there was an interview with the team I'd be joining. The whole experience was really positive and Alecsa made it very enjoyable, she was super nice and friendly. It seems like a great place to work, everyone I met was great.

There were two rounds. First was a recruiter screen, and they were really nice and didn't seem to overanalyze. The second interview was in their office with the Controller and two accounting supervisors. They talked about the company culture and the role, and it felt like a good mix of friendly and professional. They responded in three days, and the whole thing was organized well.
