So basically the interviewer started with a DSA question about spirally traversing a matrix. After that, we dove into some general topics like the different kinds of APIs out there, questions about my resume, and OOP concepts. We also chatted about how to scale things and touched on LLD.

Had an initial call with the hiring manager that lasted about 25 minutes. We chatted about my background and what I was looking for. Then, I had an hour-long interview with two people from the Product team. This was more in-depth about my design experience, and I had to present a past project and explain my process. I also got to ask them about the company. Even though I didn't get the job, the talent manager called me back with helpful feedback, which was great because I usually don't get any.

Applied through LinkedIn, got a response after 3 months. Had a recruiter phone screen where they explained the role, company, and checked salary expectations. Then, there were two interviews. The first was with an AIC Consultant and a People Partner to assess profile fitment by discussing current roles, responsibilities, challenges, and scenarios. The second interview was with a couple of AIC Consultants where I had to present my current project and explain how a pitch was made to a customer. Both interviews seemed to go well, but then I suddenly got an email from the recruiter saying they weren't moving forward without any explanation. I'm fine with rejection but would appreciate knowing my weak points or the reason, especially since I felt optimistic after the interviews.

It was a 4-step process. First, a chill phone call with recruitment to introduce the company. Then, a video call with two Data Scientists where they asked about me, my background, experiences, and a few technical questions. Next, a more intense video call and presentation with three senior Data Scientists. I had to give a 20-minute presentation on a past data science project, followed by technical, general, and scenario-based questions. Finally, an in-person meeting with a Board/Exec member, which was very casual, covering general work questions and giving me a chance to ask my own. The whole thing felt fair, and I enjoyed the presentation and meeting everyone.
