Behavioral Case

First, you'll have a phone interview with the talent acquisition team to discuss the company and benefits. They'll inquire about your background and ask questions related to their core values. Following that, you'll have a video meeting with either the CEO or an NP to work through a case study. During this meeting, they'll ask more in-depth behavioral questions that align with their core values. You should expect to hear back from HR within the week.

The interview has 3 steps: a phone call, a zoom interview, and then an in-person interview. Everyone I talked to was really nice, knew their stuff, and was easy to chat with. If you pass the first part, the rest of the process happens pretty quickly within a few weeks, and you don't have to wait long to hear about what's next.

It was a pretty long process, took over a month. It was weird because every interviewer asked the exact same questions, so I wasn't sure why there were four interviews. After those four interviews, where they just asked the same situational questions, it took them another two weeks to let me know their decision. Honestly, it was a super confusing and misleading process. They asked me when I could start and told me I was a great fit, but then I got a rejection.

The interview process began with a virtual recorded interview where I had two minutes to respond to prompted questions. Following that, there were two live virtual interviews via Google Meet. The final interview was a brief 15-minute chat with a Co-Founder. The offer was then extended verbally over the phone. I appreciated how organized, clear, and fast-paced everything was. Scheduling was a breeze and I could easily fit it into my day. Everyone I met at Peachy was genuine, professional, and a pleasure to speak with!
