First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Peachtree Orthopedics.
Coordinator
It took about a month for the whole process, from the start until I got the offer. I first talked to the coordinator, then had another interview with the manager. After that, there was a follow-up interview with the director.
- Tell me about your previous jobs.
- Describe how you would handle a specific situation.
Patient Account Coordinator
It was a simple and straightforward process. Just be yourself and be ready to talk about your overall customer service experience and how you can be an asset to the team. Overall, it was an easygoing interview process.
- How do you handle a difficult patient while staying professional?
Human Resources Generalist
I went through 4 interviews for this role and was only contacted via email. The interviews were scheduled quickly, which can be tough if you work and can't easily take time off on short notice. After the 4th interview, I didn't hear anything back, even after I emailed the Recruiter for an update. My main issue is the lack of consideration for a candidate's time by not providing a final decision or feedback, and not responding to status inquiries, especially after so many interviews requiring short notice.
- What is something your friends would say about you?
Accounts Receivable Specialist
I sent in my resume online and a headhunter called me. She set me up with an interview with POC. I went in and first interviewed with the manager. It was a basic interview where she reviewed my application and asked questions about it. The very next day, I interviewed with the doctor I'd be reporting to. We talked about the job, and what he and I expected. He offered me the job right away, and I accepted.
- What is your greatest weakness?
