This was one of the most enjoyable interviews I've had. The interviewer put me at ease, making it clear the company culture isn't uptight and focuses on products and customers.

The interview was pretty thorough, especially since it was for a pre-store opening. Almost 8 managers interviewed me, and they all asked pretty much the same things. They graded answers on a scale of 0 to 2, where 0 meant unable to do the task, 1 was so-so, and 2 meant fully capable. It worked, even if I wasn't a huge fan of the grading system. I got the job offer, and the pay was good compared to my last job doing the same work.

I met with the store manager and her supervisor at a cafe near the PeachMac store. They seemed nice and professional. They called the training 'boot camp'. Most employees looked young, under 30. The salary offered was $38,000, which was a bit low for me. I noticed the supervisor had a lot of tattoos on his arm, which was a bit surprising given how conservative Middle Georgia usually is. It's probably fine for a younger person though.
