Behavioral Technical

It was very easy and fast, several stages and several interviews and everyone was cool and friendly. They contacted me quickly and the follow-up was also fast and pleasant, and everyone asked questions relevant to the position.

Coding Behavioral

They had me do multiple tests, including coding exercises and scenario-based questions. However, they eventually ghosted me, only telling me at the very end that they needed to hire a senior first and had to delay the job for a few weeks. It's frustrating to spend hours on applications and then receive no response or even a simple rejection/update, instead being made to jump through hoops.

Behavioral

The interview started half an hour late, with the interviewer showing up just as I was about to leave. The interview itself was held in their conference room. I noticed that this company seems to prefer younger employees, as their staff page shows a predominantly young workforce. When I inquired about the company culture, the interviewer described it as a 'rag-tag group of young adults...' but then seemed taken aback, likely due to my age, which is over 30. This phrasing, emphasizing youth and a 'rag-tag' dynamic, is also present on their employee page and felt offensive, suggesting potential age discrimination.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was absurd, in my opinion. I thought it was strange that the second round was with the CEO, but maybe it's because they're small. The CEO had a condescending, interrogative way about interviewing that quickly made me realize that he was not someone I would want to work for. Honestly, should have looked at the reviews for this place before applying. Everything about the interview with him was unpleasant.
