First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PE GI Solutions.
Senior Lead Development and Analytics Engineer
I invested a lot of time preparing for this role, and the interview process seemed promising through several rounds. Ultimately, I received a generic rejection email with no helpful feedback. The recruiter was unresponsive to my follow-up calls, emails, and messages. I felt things went well and I met all the qualifications, and I had inquired about my standing.
- Can you share an overview of your background and your expertise in this area?
Credit Specialist
I had a quick phone screen with HR that was about 20-30 minutes. Then I had a final virtual interview with two managers, which lasted about 30 minutes. The team seemed really friendly and easygoing, and they were excited about meeting new people.
- Can you walk me through your background and professional history?
Payment Poster
I applied for the payment poster role on Indeed because it was advertised as remote. The first recruiter, Rebecca, immediately stated it wasn't remote, but after I inquired, a manager confirmed it was indeed remote and had me send my resume. Rebecca then called back saying it was remote and discussed compensation, offering $17/hour, which was significantly lower than recent hires ($23/hour). Despite receiving an offer, the pay was below industry standards, so I declined it. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience with a rude recruiter.
- Could you describe what a typical workday is like for you?
Accountant
I first talked with HR about the company and myself. Then I met two accounting managers. It was a really conversational interview where they went over the job duties. They asked about my resume and daily workload and we discussed my current job versus this one. They were very nice.
- What is prompting your job search?
