First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PDS.
Software Engineer
Tough technical questions that weren't well-developed. Communication was difficult between stages. After two months, I never heard back from them. I don't recommend working at this company.
- Which programming languages would you use to develop project x?
Lab Technician
The interview process varied each time. There was no test. Honestly, I felt like I knew more about the technical aspects than the interviewers did. A lot of the questions were about the company's core values, which I thought was a bit strange.
- In what ways do your personal values align with the company's core values?
Treasurer
The interview process was pretty direct, with 4 interviews in total. The final interview was with the CEO. There was also an IQ test, which was a bit challenging. After that, all the interviews were straightforward.
- What makes you want to join our organization?
Executive Assistant
It was a three stage interview process, but I didn't make it to the final stage. It was okay, not very structured. The CEO seemed demanding and unfriendly, so I don't think it was the right fit for me. I did talk to a recruiter, and she was nice.
- Would I be willing to respond to WhatsApp messages on weekends?
