First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PDP Group, Inc..
Service Representative
The interview was 45 minutes long and included two supervisors. The first one explained the job and the work schedule and asked about my work background. The second supervisor also reviewed my work history but did not ask any questions.
- Can you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Service Representative
It was very informal. I had to take a typing and data entry test. I was in a room so there was no interruption, yet there were people yelling out in the lobby of the office to the point of being very hard to concentrate. The supervisor was aware of my interview time and how long the test took, but he was 25 minutes late for the interview.
- Are you able to work independently?
Training Manager
The hiring process involves a few key steps: first, we do some initial checks (like employment obligations and for any priority candidates). Then, the job opening is written up and posted. After that, we get and sort through all the applications. Finally, we select the right person and sort out the hiring paperwork.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Release Technician
It was a pretty good experience overall. The process was mostly testing, not really a Q&A. You had to pass the tests to keep going. It was a very simple process.
- There was more testing than questions and answers.
