It's a simple process based on roles. Usually you will be interviewed from the US. Be clear about what you worked on and know it. And also I got cool questions like, what flower do you like? What you do on free time like that. It may be depends on the interviewer.

The interview process involved two interviews conducted via Teams. The initial interview covered my professional background, product-related inquiries, and my expectations for the position. I also had the opportunity to ask about the company culture and the team's dynamic with engineering. The subsequent interview was with the director, focusing on what constitutes a good and bad day in my professional life. The remainder of this conversation revolved around the company culture, career advancement opportunities, and general employee satisfaction at PDI. Both interviews were positive experiences, and I was impressed by their efficiency.

Technical Presentation

The interview process with PDI was ultimately disappointing due to a lack of communication and closure. The process included a time-intensive project that required several hours of analysis and preparation. I was asked to submit the work despite not being given the opportunity to present it. My final interview was canceled without notice, and I only received an update after I proactively emailed to ask whether the interview needed to be rescheduled. At that point, I was informed that the team had decided to move forward with another candidate. No feedback was provided on the submitted work or overall performance, despite the significant time investment required. While I understand hiring decisions can change, clearer communication, timely updates, and feedback—especially after requesting a substantial deliverable—would have made the experience more respectful of candidates’ time and effort.

This was a terrible interview experience, very disorganized and two-faced. I never got a confirmation email after suggesting an interview time, which caused me to miss the initial phone screen. After asking the recruiter to reschedule, I was unexpectedly called the next day at a random time, which caught me off guard and led to a poor interview. Near the end of the call, I was told my resume and notes would be passed on for further review, but then I received three rejection letters less than a minute after the call ended.
