Went through several phone screens and virtual interviews. Then had an onsite interview with five interviewers back-to-back for several hours. After that, there was a three-month period of no communication, and when I followed up, they claimed they had reached out earlier, but it couldn't be found in my records.

Went through four rounds of interviews. It started with a phone call from the recruiter, followed by a 45-minute video interview with HR. Then, I had two more separate 45-minute video interviews with the two hiring team members. I was feeling good about the job, especially after meeting everyone and being told I was "short listed"! The next step was supposed to be an in-person meeting with the team on site. However, they completely ghosted me and never got back to me. I had to follow up several times by email, and then they finally sent me an automated rejection email. They didn't even bother to respond personally. It seems like ghosting potential employees is the new standard everywhere!

I had a phone interview with HR to start, like a screening. Then, I talked to the manager for the team I might join. It was mostly about me and my background, with one simple technical chemistry question. After that, I had two more chats with another person from a different team who asked similar things. Finally, HR called me with the offer.

A PDI recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and the whole process was great. The recruiter kept me updated at every step. The hiring manager was clear about what they needed for the job and was easy to talk to, leading to a really open and honest chat. It was a good experience overall, with both sides being upfront and professional, making it worthwhile.
