Team Leader
Got a call from HR for the first screening. After my resume was shortlisted, HR confirmed and gave me info about the next round. Then it was followed by a technical round. The interview was on Google Meet and it took about 60 minutes.

Office Manager
I had my first interview, which was a low-key phone screening with HR, and it was really pleasant and professional. Then I had a second interview with the Partner, which was super detailed and thorough, but still friendly and professional. Overall, I was really happy with how it went.
- Tell me about your experience.
- What does this position require?
Software Engineer
There were three rounds in total. The first was a phone screen done by an outsourced third-party agency. The second round was a video interview with the onshore team. The third round was a face-to-face technical interview. They claim to be like the Big 4 but aren't. It's a small organization with about 30-40 developers in one hall, no canteen. - What is your experience with Hibernate?
VP Sales
The CEO, who is really approachable and high-energy, wanted to explore my network and other companies I've worked with to see if there was a good fit. I also met with the COO and the Head of CS. It seems like a great team.
- How does your background and network align with our core target customers?
- Can you describe your business development process?
- What can you tell me about the quality of your network?
