The interview process was great and efficient. The hiring managers were great to work with. If you are interviewing with them it will be a breeze! Loved the process and I am thankful for the opportunity!!

So I had a phone call with the recruiter first, and then they flew me out to Denver for the interview. It was split into two groups of four people. It was pretty relaxed, not stressful at all. We chatted about personal stuff and work experience and the company. A few days later, the recruiter told me they could only offer a contract role because of some "discrepancies" between my resume and what I said in the interview. I said I'd take a contract role, but then I had to wait a week to find out that wasn't available either. I think the interview itself was okay, but the way they handled things afterwards really soured me on the company. Apparently, one question really threw me off and somehow made them doubt my experience. They didn't even offer to chat about it or check my references. I don't mind not getting the job, but it felt like a huge waste of time since they weren't serious about hiring. It felt like a colossal waste of a day sitting in airports for a company not serious about hiring in the first place.

I got called the day before to come in the next day at 7 AM for a face to face interview. There was never an initial phone screen which would have provided detail that I didn’t have the accounting background they wanted. I never heard anything back. I didn’t appreciate the last minute nature of all of this to never hear back.

I was contacted by the hiring manager and went through a few interview rounds which felt pretty good. They made an offer, but then I never heard from them again and got ghosted. I asked for feedback but got nothing.
