First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PCS Retirement.
Marketing Associate
Got a call from HR first, then chatted with the manager, and then met with a team member. The interviews were super chill and I got a good feel for the job. Things moved really fast.
- What was your favorite and least favorite task in your previous or current role?
IT Operations
I had a terrible experience with the HR team. They seemed clueless and didn't respect my time. I was ghosted multiple times, then told the job was eliminated, then it was back, then ghosted again. It was a frustrating and sanity-testing process.
- What is your motivation for joining PCS?
Operations Analyst
The interview process had some nice people involved. However, the interviews were cancelled and rescheduled about 4 times because their scheduling was not great. They also don't leave a written record, which is a red flag. They had to close the position because someone from upper management left, but it's pretty clear that's not the real reason since someone else got the same job in November, another red flag.
- Can you tell me a bit about yourself and your experience with operational techniques?
Compliance Analyst
I had a virtual interview that went really well, and I'm hoping to get some positive feedback. They mentioned they could hire me remotely if I'm a good fit.
- Could you tell me about your salary expectations?
- What were your responsibilities in your last role?
- Which time zone are you in?
