I applied through a recruiter and got contacted by HR after two months. Then I interviewed with the team leader, NP, and the director. The questions were straightforward about my experience and how comfortable I am with certain procedures.

The interview was misleading because they expect perfection and suddenly give you an accounting test that covers basic accounting course material you might not use at work. Also, the controller's English was hard to understand, and he was hired because he's friends with the CFO.

The first interview was pretty standard, just regular questions. The person interviewing me seemed nice enough. They asked stuff that was actually related to the job. The second interview though, that felt really intense and the interviewer wasn't friendly at all. That second person also didn't seem very encouraging about moving up in the company.

Applied and got a call in, then the interview was scheduled. I had the interview and got a walk through of the company, we talked about different groups and trainings they had for staff. Then I was brought to the entrance and dismissed. Nothing was said about following up with me. I sent the standard thank you email, which also wasn't responded to.
