I only made it to the initial interview, but it was a very relaxed and open conversation about the firm. They seem to be really great in the Orlando office. Mainly focused on educating me on the firm and the work.

The interview process was pretty laid back and straightforward. The main challenge was getting in touch with the associates to set up the interview. I didn't get asked too many technical questions; it was mostly about general fit and my understanding of Finance and Accounting. They wanted to gauge my familiarity with basic Excel and my comfort level with using it regularly, as well as my experience with Capital IQ.

So, there were two rounds of interviews. The first one was a phone screen, and then the second one was with some of the associate folks at the firm. They said both rounds can be behavioral or technical, and it really depends on the day, but you should expect a mix of both.
