It was a fair interview process. The interviewer asked questions based on my CV and the training they offered, which lasted a week and was really helpful for us as juniors. The employees were nice too.

Had a phone interview with a head hunter about my job qualifications before the actual company representative interview. Then, I interviewed on-site with two engineers and the Continuous Improvement manager. We walked through the facility to review job opportunities. A followup phone interview with the VP was required before offer confirmation, which delayed things a week due to his availability.

The process was very hands-off with little communication. Some people involved were very direct about their demanding management style and were lukewarm about the position. It took only a few days and included a personality assessment. They are looking for tough, deliberate, and passionate people. Expect traditional interview methods, not a behavioral-based style.

  • What is your greatest weakness according to your boss?
