The hiring process was very fast, from getting the interview to getting hired. It's a pretty basic process. If you know pretty much anything about Tech, you're practically hired right away. The main thing they ask is related to money. They want to know what money means to you in a given timeframe. It's a good motivator for some, but not everyone is motivated by money. If that's you, this probably isn't the place.

It was a 3 step process. Step one: Get to know the candidate: A quick personality check to check the energy level and to get a basic knowledge of the clients experience. Step 2: The test day: Place the client in a real store and have him shadow employees as if he works there. Work on computers, answer phones and help customers. Then the candidate is evaluated by management Step 3. Fill out paperwork and start your new career!

First I got a call to get prescreened for the job. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. I met with the hiring manager and we talked for about 30 minutes. After that, I got called back for another interview with the owner. We talked about what I wanted to achieve and some basic knowledge questions. They offered me the job during that second interview.
