The interview process was pretty thorough and felt positive but casual. I've experienced worse and definitely better. They weren't totally sure how many interviews I'd have, but I liked getting to meet more people in the company. When asked why people liked PBS, the common answer was 'the flexibility,' and that seems to be true for working there too.
