First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at PBR.
PR Manager
It took a while for them to get back to me, but the rest of the process was really smooth and easy. It was basically just normal interviews, no weird assessments or anything extra.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strength?
Partnerships Marketing Executive
The first step was an HR phone screen, which was necessary because I didn't live in the market yet and the role required travel. They wanted to set me up with the hiring manager. It was tricky to nail down a date, but we eventually set one. The vibe seemed pretty casual.
- Could you discuss your sales background?
- What's your experience with prospecting high net worth individuals and corporations?
Magazine Designer
I got timely info from the Editor in Chief and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Were there any challenging or surprising questions that weren't relevant to the job I applied for?
Disc Jockey / Emcee
The talent managers are super chill and everything is really well organized. I loved the whole experience and can't wait to follow up with them. They're all about entertainment, but surprisingly structured for a company that could seem a bit disorganized because of that focus. I guess it's because the leaders I met have tons of experience as professional entertainers and have really high standards for business stuff and knowing their stuff.
- Do you feel comfortable hosting a party and engaging with the guests?
