The interview was really good! They were super friendly and it felt like a normal chat the whole time. They asked some general questions to get to know me better and some resume questions to find out about my skills. They also talked a bit about the company and explained what the internship would be like, which was awesome.

The interview process was very easy and conversational after the initial interview. The staff were very nice, not intimidating, and genuinely wanted to see me succeed. There were about two or three interviews, and I received an offer about a week later.

Applied online and got a call from the recruiter. Discussed salary expectations since the role involved travel. Was told the salary was within the offered range, so I interviewed with the hiring manager and supervisor. After confirming the salary was still within range, I interviewed with the managing partner. Then, I was asked to submit a writing sample and was told I'd hear back in a few days. They got back to me, but the offered salary was 20% lower than my expectation, and they said they couldn't increase it. The whole process took about 4 months, with quick turnarounds expected for my submissions.

Had an HR call that went well, but then communication became confusing between the partners and HR. I started looking at other jobs because of how messy they were with scheduling a simple interview.
