The process was disorganized and hectic. I applied for a remote Program Manager role. They scheduled an interview, but it turned out to be for a different, in-person position located in a city where I don't live. It felt like a bait and switch.

The interview was on Teams and lasted less than an hour. They are having a hard time finding someone for this role, to the point where they temporarily backfilled it with someone shifting projects. They don't offer competitive salaries and just use inflated job titles, so I'd recommend not applying as they might ghost you and many of their roles might just be in the proposal stage.

I applied online and then interviewed a week later with Vanessa. The interview was very quick, only 5 minutes. Be careful, she likes to jump the gun and run quickly if she doesn’t like what she hears. She’s very rude and doesn’t want to know about your skills and knowledge.
