After you apply, a recruiter will get in touch to set up a 30-minute chat. Following the recruiter screen, you'll have another 30-minute meeting with the hiring manager. After that second part, you'll meet with stakeholders from the People Team for the final stage, and then you'll hear back about an offer a few days later.

It was great from the start! Everyone I met at the office was super friendly and welcoming, even the receptionist! My interviewers were laid-back and conversational, not like they were grilling me. It felt like they really wanted to see if I'd be a good fit for the role and the company. They were all upfront and honest about the job, the team, and the company, which I really appreciated.
- What's something people often get wrong about me?

Applied via Payscale's website. About two weeks later, I got an automated email to set up a phone screening with the recruiter. I picked a time and emailed the recruiter some questions to prep, but she never replied. She did call at the scheduled time, though. The phone screening was pretty standard and lasted about 20-25 minutes. The recruiter said she'd update me on next steps within two days. Two days later, I got an automated rejection email from the company's ATS. I never heard back personally from the recruiter, even after trying to get feedback multiple times. It would be nice to get a personalized rejection instead of a generic ATS one, especially when you ask for feedback.
- What makes you want to leave your present job?
