Project Manager

Project Manager
The hiring process for this Software Delivery Co-op role was a single day with three distinct parts. It kicked off with an open house event where I met about 20 other candidates. I had initially applied for the position through my college's career fair. The day's interviews included two technical rounds and one interview with a manager.
- Can you discuss your academic projects and prior Web Development experience?
- What are your areas of expertise regarding Java, Spring MVC, and Databases?
Engineering Project Manager
There were way too many interviews. It started with one phone call, then three days of face-to-face interviews, each lasting about 4-5 hours. It was hard because interviewers were often unavailable, and scheduling seemed difficult and inefficient, probably because of remote work. Everyone asked basically the same questions, which made it tough to stay engaged for so long. It felt like they couldn't make a group decision and might have already picked candidates, just going through the motions for legal reasons.
