Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 3 rounds: first HR, then the Hiring Manager, and finally the Department Lead. The HR screening call was pretty standard. The Hiring Manager call was a bit technical and depended on the assessment results. The Dept Lead interview was mainly about cultural fit, though I'm not sure if they still do that.

The interview process was pretty easy, I was able to schedule an appointment online for a phone interview. They called at the scheduled time and asked standard interview questions like my strengths, weaknesses, responsibilities from past employment, and salary requirements. We talked a little about the job description, and I answered questions about the company very well.
