First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Paymerang.
Payment Processor
It was a really easy and fast interview process. They went over all the job details thoroughly. After the interview, I had all the essential info to switch to a new role.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to help a customer?
IT Compliance Coordinator
The interview process had 3 rounds: first HR, then the Hiring Manager, and finally the Department Lead. The HR screening call was pretty standard. The Hiring Manager call was a bit technical and depended on the assessment results. The Dept Lead interview was mainly about cultural fit, though I'm not sure if they still do that.
- Can you define HIPAA?
- What does PII stand for and mean?
- Could you explain what ePHI is?
Enrollment Specialist
The interview process was pretty easy, I was able to schedule an appointment online for a phone interview. They called at the scheduled time and asked standard interview questions like my strengths, weaknesses, responsibilities from past employment, and salary requirements. We talked a little about the job description, and I answered questions about the company very well.
- Can you describe your duties from your previous job?
People Operations
The interview process was pretty easy. Scheduling was smooth. First interview was a phone screen. The second interview was a panel interview on zoom. They told me about the company. Gave a behavioral interview.
- How would you go about recruiting for a position that nobody has applied for?
