The interview process was great! First, there was a recruiter call to chat about my background and resume. Then, I had a virtual 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. The final round was in person at the office with the same manager, where I met some team members, got a tour, and did a bit of job shadowing.

It was very easy and pleasant, pretty casual. The interviewer has high expectations for my results. I am confident in my ability to produce, and I prepare for the worst, but I do the work necessary to tilt the odds so that the best will happen.

This was a quick hiring process. I had two interviews: one at a job fair and another at the office. The job offer came just one day after the interview. I was really surprised at how fast the whole thing went.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a culture fit and behavioral questions with the director, which went well. The second interview was a resume quiz where they asked about the tech stacks listed and higher-level software engineering principles. It was more of a discussion based on my resume. I followed up after two weeks but was ghosted. Aside from being ghosted, the process was pretty standard.
